"Hiring Raquel as our birth doula was an absolute blessing. She truly transformed the birthing room into a haven of serenity with soothing music, calming candles, and aromatherapy. Raquel’s unwavering guidance and emotional support exceeded our expectations. What amazed us most was how she protected our birth plan wishes while also maintaining a friendly and peaceful atmosphere. I loved how she worked with the nurses to get me to do various positions using a peanut ball and birth ball, which helped move things along. When things got scary and all those doctors and nurses rushed in she helped me understand what was happening and made sure I chose what I wanted. Raquel handled it all with grace and expertise. She had amazing recommendations for my postpartum recovery. Some I still use to this day. Thanks for teaching me how to make a boob sandwich it truly made a difference when latching”
